Implementing STAD To Improve Students’ Ability Of STIKOM Tunas Bangsa In Writing Narrative Text

چکیده

This research was conducted to increase students’ writing ability by using the Students Team Achievement Division (STAD) Technique. The researcher wanted find out whether or not Technique can skill and analyze classroom situation when is implemented in class. population of first semester students STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematang Siantar. used Classroom Action Research (CAR) composed for two more cycles then it observed evaluated identify all facts including success failure action. It means that action should be stopped continued revised next cycle based on selected criteria success. After implementation every cycle, score were getting better. result student seen from average their writing. Cycle 44.00 second 77.00. get better score. concluded narrative text.
